How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, you can start here All Products Page, add products to your cart, and check out securely. Create your own account to sign in, track your package and easily order again. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and more.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to catch it. Contact us at support@ag-gear.com right away with your order number and what you’d like to change.
Do you offer gift cards?

SHIPPING
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery in the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — you’ll see upgraded shipping options at checkout if you need your gear fast.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, but we’re looking at expanding in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also log into your account to view order status.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items within 365 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, visit ourReturns Page. Enter in your order number and email address used for the order.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely. We offer free exchanges if the fit isn’t right. Just head to our Returns Page to get started.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return dropped off with the shipping label provided, the return will be processed and you should get your payment back within 5–7 business days, or however long it takes to post to your card.
